Oculus Setup PC won't open

I'm trying to install the Oculus Link Software on my PC for SteamVR, but clicking "OculusSetup.exe" does nothing. I've restated my computer multiple times, disabled my antivirus, tried to run in compatibility mode, exited out of every other thing on my PC, and nothing will get the Setup to actually start.In Task Manager, I can see that OculusSetup.exe (32-bit) is in my processes when I start the setup, but that's it.Any ideas on what to do?

Pastoring a Mainline Church

In the next year I may have an opportunity to pastor a mainline church. They have at face value a lot of issues, women pastors (in the past), board members, and deacons. No belief statement other then the sloppiest statement on baptism saying basically they do it.So I have a few questions. Does anyone know of any resources of people bringing a church into a more historic evangelical position from a mainline? Have any of you run into this? Would you do it?

Required disclaimer: I eat jalapeños like candy, love habanero peppers and have enjoyed burgers grilled in ghost pepper powder with Carolina reaper mustard and slices of chili’s from both on it.How is it then that I can’t even finish a bowl of 2x spicy ramen, hell even the regular spicy ramen?It’s not even the spicy that gets me, it just seems with every mouthful the noodles get hotter and hotter for no reason.There shouldn’t be any reason I shouldn’t be able to eat a bowl of ramen with a scoville rating of a jalapeño.I’m thinking they have to be adding something to the sauce mix that makes it so unbearable.I’m dreading trying the 4x spicy and ghost pepper spicy ramen.Thoughts? Ideas?
