Specific gaming suggestions for new rig

I just updated my CPU to Ryzen 7 1700 and sometime around tomorrow I'll be receiving GTX 980Ti that won silicone lottery. This is a powerful rig as you can imagine and I'm looking for games that I will enjoy and that will allow me to take most from my processing power.Games I have really enjoyed are mostly ones that offer great immersion or are in space. Ideally, both. I love survival games, but not those in which survival = zombies, there should be elements of gathering useless junk, food and ammo. I'd love to have some great gunplay and gun modding. I also enjoy RPGs and love racing sims and flying sims. I also have weird love for weird games.Ones that allow me to put emphasis on survival aspects:Skyrim and Fallout 4, both heavily modded to increase immersion (ie. needs mods, Frostfall, Hunterborn, Level Scaling Remover so on). I don't do main questline much, it's more about gathering resources, making items, making money through crafting and trade, perfecting my settlementsMinecraft, heavily modded to increase amount of stuff you can do, such as IndustrialCraft, Thaumcraft, BuildCraft, Red Power, ComputerCraft... but it lacks possibility to have a mobile base of operations like in Space EngineersThe Long Dark is a great game too, but is somewhat lacking in basebuilding areaSemi-realistic space gamesNo Man's Sky, mostly exploring stuff and building some bases, but it gets old after some timeSpace Engineers, would be perfect if it allowed more freedom in the engineering departmentKerbal Space Program, would be perfect if it allowed more immersion and first person experienceElite: Dangerous, doing odd trucking jobs or scavenging items jobs mostlyEuro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, my secret guilty pleasuresX series, though not great looking and quite buggy, allowed building your own financial empirePopular RPGs with lots of immersionMass Effect series, sans Andromeda with its 2D charactersDeus Ex series, really great gamesWitcher series, same as aboveShootersMetal Gear Solid V and MGS series in general, sadly AI soldiers are really dumb and there's not much to do in game after you finish questline, plus R&D sucks big timeEscape from Tarkov, though I die really quickly, never manage to escape raids and generally suck big time at competetive multiplayBattlefield 4, though with recent EA shenanigans, I don't think I'll play their games anytime soon, plus BF4 is a botfest, plus I suck at competetive multiplayRacing gamesDirt Rally, I want driving wheel so badForza Horizon 3, it might be buggy, but it's definitely fun and arcadeyGran Turismo, one of my favourite seriesOdd gamesMy Summer Car, but it's so ugly, it's literally giving me headachesCataclysm: Dark Days Ahead, almost perfect, though I wish it looked better than just like roguelikes do and weren't so buggyUnReal World, same as aboveCurrently I'm waiting for X4: Foundations, Mount and Blade: Bannerlord, Kingdom Come: Deliverance. What could I play in the meantime that I could enjoy and that would look really great?
