QR1 Lite Wheel Side on Clubsport 2.5x possible?

Hey i owned a GT DD Pro Wheelbase and wanna buy the Clubsport 2.5x Wheel.​So what i saw is a metallic sound because the Adapter from the 2.5x on the DD Wheelbase.​Is it possible to change the Release from the Clubsport 2.5x to a QR1 Lite?
