Not sure how to word my question well, advice needed

I (16M) have a very close friend (16F). We hang out, talk… A close friend of hers (16F) is attractive and I met her for 5 minutes once. I asked my friend to bring me up in a convo and see what her friend thought. A couple of weeks later we hung out and I asked if she remembered to ask and her friend was interested to get to know me and the plan is to hang out all 3 of us. This was like 2 weeks ago. A couple of days ago was this girl’s birthday and so I dm’d her ´Hey, happy birthday!´ she replied ‘Thank you!!! Hope to see you soon :))’ and I replied shortly after ‘Me too :) do you have snap?’ Havent heard from her since. Would it be weird to text again or fo I wait? She seemed happy to text me in her message I dont understand. Advice appreciated thanks
