I got lazy with my min after starting Fin and how my hair is worse than ever. Is all hope lost?

So I know it’s my own damn fault but I stupidly stopped using minox shortly after starting fin out of laziness. I’m about 5-6 months into fin and hair is looking dramatically worse as of the last few months (probably because of stopping min and maybe also fin shed?) I can’t even tell what’s what anymore.I’ve restarted minox in the last few weeks and ordered a dermaroller but am getting so depressed about the state of things. Is the lost hair gone for good?Anyone who’s been in a similar situation come out of this with half decent recovery? Could really do with some encouraging stories right now. I’m approx a Norwood IV - V.
