While I loved the combat in GOW, the super zoomed in view was the biggest detractor for the gameplay for me. Playing it again for the second time since release has really cemented in how frustrating it is never being able to see anything that is off to your left or right.While usually never an issue when you are just fighting one thing, or a few enemies that are just directly in front of you… but once you get a bunch of enemies in the arena, it can get a little out of hand. Especially on the higher difficulties when enemies have more health.May not be possible due to hardware limitations on PS4, however PS5 I would assume it would be.I played FF7 Remake recently and that has 3 field of view options and it’s great, so maybe, just maybe. Come on Santa Monica, make it happen!Thanks for coming to my Ted talk Boi.
