I just received this email last night and promptly did the survey regarding customer satisfaction. The questions surrounded the topics of if and why I wasn't subscribed to the game anymore (after being subbed for close to 16 years) and (among other things) asked me to rate how "cool" I thought World of Warcraft was on a scale from 1-10. I thought for sure that this was gonna stirr up a storm on r/wow, but I'm surprised it hasn't shown up already. It might just be that me recently cancelling my sub triggered the survey for my account. Has it just gone out to a specific number of people, or did it just have an incredible timing in regards to the state that the company is in right now?
