The blue 360 E startup, is it real?

I’ve been searching for what felt like ages. People are calling it fake because their blue console starts up green, however they all are American.From what I’ve heard, the blue startup is only on Xbox 360 E Blue limited edition consoles sold in either Europe or the UK specifically (can’t find specifics)I’ve been asking around but can’t find a single European or Brit in possession of a such console who can verify it.
