SSE3 doesn't recognize my Arctis Pro Wireless and so I can't update firmware for PS5. It looks like SS can't either provide any solution to fix it or will not replace it. They just gave me 15% coupon for new product. But, seriously, I don't want to buy $300 headset again only for PS5. Now what's my option?
