For my fellow single & live alone ADHDers...what do you make for dinner?

I need fresh ideas. I have a tendency to eat the same thing for several days in a row and then get real sick of it. Also I can cook the same meal several days in a row, but my brain hates leftovers for some reason. So like. If I were to cook a dinner and heat up leftovers from it for the next 3-4 nights I'd be gagging and forcing it down by night 3. But if I cooked the exact same thing each night 4 nights in a row I wouldn't mind it.I also generally only cook things that take minimal effort. Every once in a while I will cook a medium effort meal, but I have to be motivated. My go-to dinners are anything quick and easy and won't leave leftovers: - eggs, toast, maybe avocado if I'm fancy - various sandwiches - crackers with meat and cheese (I call this adult lunchables) - bang bang chicken lettuce wraps - white rice with kimchi and maybe an egg - protein shake and fig bar - ramen (I try not to do this often because of the sodium) - Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast bowls - cerealI'd love ideas to expand my horizons a bit while still being able to make single serving easily prepared meals. I'm not a picky eater by any means, just very low motivation especially when it's only me and I hate having lots of leftovers
