Hey all. I recently purchased something from china for almost 500usd that turned out to be defective so I contacted them and they gave me an address to send it to. So I went to the post office but I have to fill out a declaration and it's asking for the address postal code city state and country. I'm not exactly sure what to put for the city or the state / province areas. Here is the full address: 901 ,5 zuo,jiangshijiyuan,Fuyong, Shenzhen, Guangdong,518103,China. Anyone can tell me how to fill it out as well as how to write the label on the package I would be awfully great ful. Thank youuuu
