Hello! Within the salary range listed in a job posting, is there room to negotiate at what level one begins, or does everyone begin at the low end, regardless? There is a particular position that sounds like a perfect fit, but the low end of the range would be a notable cut in pay, and that’s before factoring in the PLP currently in effect. Thank you!
