“Second Wave”

I live in upstate New York and we are starting this “second wave” bullshit already. Since last week we’ve had a couple of hundred supposed cases in my county. The county health department said its “spreading at an uncontrollable rate” and that we need to take this seriously. They shut down the school in my small town because of one case. Over the summer and even at the beginning of this we had nowhere near this level of cases. I don’t get how the hell that’s even possible. I know they are contract tracing and I’m assuming they’re making people get tested. I’m so over this bullshit. Feels like I’m right back to the beginning only worse.
