Is there any VR game that could let me create unlimited rooms/worlds that could also let me free draw and add pictures from my desktop?

Sort of like a game giving the ability to make your own museum. You can draw in space, or import pictures and use them as paintings.If I could import my notes into VR, studying might be more fun.
