Our team’s dream scenario

I call this a dream scenario only because you need to believe the Media. After it was reported that Rudy Gobert had COVID and had given it to Donovan Mitchell, the media blew up with stories of the two players chemistry being in shambles. This is where you need to believe what the media is saying because both player have stated that they are all good.On to the dream scenario. It’s true that the two’s chemistry is shot and don’t want to play together, this is where the Hornets come into play. With the team clearing a lot of cap space this season we should be able to sign a player like Rudy, who imo would solve a lot of the problems we have. We have a great young guard in Graham and two really good forwards, PJ and Miles, with a lot of bench depth but not a lot of height or defense. Gobert could hopefully solve some of these problems plus our young guys getting better we could be good in one to two seasons.Scenario #2 is my personal favorite. Donovan Mitchell is the player that wants out and where will he go? The Hornets! Why would he do this you ask, because it’s been said many times but Donovan and Devonte’ are friends and have said before that they would love to play together. Donovan said in a post game interview that he doesn’t really care where, Charlotte, Utah, or somewhere else so hopefully here. But I think that Donovan, Devonte and PJ, Miles is a deadly group to have.Obviously these scenarios only work if it’s true about their chemistry. Also, I realize that Charlotte would have to trade away players and definitely draft picks to get either one of these player but I think they would be great additions.Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
