Hi Reddit,I am a Salesforce administrator for a global company but based in Washington State working for the North American region of my company (i.e. I am not tied to the city/office I was based out of before quarantine hit).I have always wanted to move out of the US eventually, with Ireland as the dream location, but the current political climate has me leaning towards speeding up my timeline as much as possible.I have spoken with my boss and leadership within the company about working remotely from another country and they are on board for the most part. Would it be even more difficult to move to Ireland if I don't have a job with an Irish company? Or would it be easier since I will not be "taking a job" from an Irish citizen but rather bringing money in through taxes? My company does have an office in Dublin, but will not pay for any relocation fees or a visa sponsorship as this is not a move necessary for my job.Ireland is my number one choice, but I am open to other areas such as London (where our global headquarters are located) or Canada (which is technically part of the North America region of our company that I currently support) if they would be easier to get into.Any advice is appreciated.Thank you for reading!
