Adding money

Am I able to go to a local Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens with cash on my hand to add it to my cash app card? Since now it's optional to add a bank account or not, and we can add Apple pay and Google pay linked with cash app. I want to know how it works nowadays. 🤔
