13 weeks. Bloated af. What can I do?


I thought I was bloated around 8/9 weeks but that was nothing compared to this. I just feel so full all of the time. Will this just go away or is there something I can do? I’ve read all of articles so I know staying hydrated is big and I’m usually good about that but it’s been hard because it just makes me feel more full. I’ve tried stool softeners and gas-ex but nothing’s really happened. I’m thinking about a fiber supplement but I read that it can actually make gas worse (if that just means a bunch of farting, no problem I’d give anything to fart right now but I can’t deal with more gas stuck in my body). Will this clear itself up like some of the other early symptoms? Is there something I can do to get any relief?
