Need guidance getting back a compromised PSN account.


Recently a friend of mine had his account compromised with the password and email on the account being changed. During this quarantine it’s difficult to contact Sony’s support and I can’t even find a way to wait in a queue to contact them. I’m hoping someone here can point me to the best possible method of contacting a live person from their support and getting on track to getting the account back. And also if anyone can tell me what specific information I should have ready for when I am talking to a support agent I’d really appreciate that also.
