Difference between "Regardless of" and "no matter"

"Regardless of how many books I have read, I find it fascinating to look at an illustration, and wonder about its creating process."Is this sentence grammarly correct? and which is better "No matter how many books I have read", or "Regardless of how many books I have read". Any difference between the two?Thank you!
