Hey guys, so i’m a 24yo male, 6’1” 220lbs. definitely have have muscle , definitely have fat. recently started boxing at an actual boxing gym, but not like Titleboxing, it’s a legit gym(not dissing title, that seems fun) So i’m doing 3 hours of work 9am-12pm. 2 hours of very intense conditioning with 1 hour striking. after the training sessions my apple watch reads between 1,600-2,200cals burned. thoughts on what routine i should do? Been doing OMAD. feel good on it. but not sure if maybe 48s would be better. thoughts
