78 days in, rank 104, but still no charge buffer... is this acc cursed or what and should i reroll?

And apparently it also has horrible dupes luck compared to player whose rank are lower than me. Imaginarium i got from past rolls: 1 light alice, 1 renri, 1 sinon ggo, 2 eydisv2, 2 tiese, 1 eugeo (+3 iskahn recently).MLB non-free 4*: Renri, Alice OK, Eydisv1, Asuna og, Alice light, Iskahn, Silica with pinaMLB free 4*: Kirito wind, Lolice, loliena, selkaNon lv 80 4*: earth Asuna (90), wind sinon (90), void alice (85), tiese (85), argo (85), shotageo (85), yui (85), light sinon (85).Non-free lv 80 4*: dark kirito, eugeo, ggo kirito, eydisv2, sheyta, eldrie, yuuki, ronie fire, light asuna, fanatio, wind asuna, administrator, tiese valentine, linel, ggo sinon, earth sinon.4* weapons: iskahn's (lv 45), 2 yuuki's, sheyta's, renri's, dark kirito's, 2 og asuna's, silica's (traded wtih exchange weapon)Tried to get fire sheyta but got cockblocked by iskahn from step 4-6 (step 5 was guaranteed iskahn, no other 4*), even i got my iskahn from sheyta's pick up. No cubes left even if i wait till 6/2 to do 1 more 250 cubes pull.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________Is this account good enough to keep or should i start fresh with an acc that has og leafa? Only spent a bit on this acc (the one time only per player, the cheapest price). Without charge buffer, i can only score around top 25 or top 50 in most RE, well in this RE i lucked out and got my first ever 10th rank, but still can't reach all high score rewards and in order to get that high of ranking, i must be lucky to get newest char on Ranking event, which is a less reliable way than having a charge buffer + 2 3-4 elemental advantageous team. I also was unable to clear "in 35/60 turns on highest lv difficulty" thanks to lack of charge buffer, and i was only able to clear my very first VH cathedral on vol 4 just because i finally have a full water team, compared to others who did their first after less than a month simply because they have charge buffer.So, reroll or not? And what to do with with 150-200 possible cubes i haven't claimed from WoU + cathedral? Save them or pull on sinon pickup to complete my sinon collection. I don't really like how low her HP is and not liking void type in general TBH.
