How do I remove a mortise lock with a broken bolt?

I am trying to remove the mortise lock from my door, to replace a broken part. While trying to remove the lock, I found a different broken part thats not letting me remove the lock. There is a bolt, pointed out in the picture, that has snapped off inside the lock. How do I remove the lock? https://ift.tt/2wbsbX2
