What are some good needs analysis questions I can ask during my first B2B partnership phone call?


Hi there,I own a local home cleaning business and reached out to a large real estate company in my area. Got in contact with the Director of Operations and have a phone call set for Monday. I know I'm not trying to close a deal on the first phone call, but I'm trying to come up with 5-6 good questions I can ask her during the call and figure out their company's pain points. An example I was thinking of was "Do you have a current relationship with a vendor and/or are you trying to supplement with an additional vendor?"Would love some good questions I can ask to help her understand what she is looking for.Thank you
