Should I give up on AP calculus AB? What have I got to lose?

So, the school I go to is a high school with a pharmacy program that will also give you dual credit. I'm a senior and I want to go to pharmacy school or something in the medical field. I did good in AP calculus first semester grades wise, but that was only cause we only did limits and derivatives, but now as we are going through integrals the workload is getting to me and I have too much to balance on my plate.I can't focus on the pharmacy classes (for which I actually am interested in and want to pursue as a career) if I have all this calculus work that I need to be doing and studying for. All of my friends have either dropped out or don't care about the class anymore. I want to drop the course now but my AP calc teacher says that the school district already paid for my AP exam so I can't drop out now.Another one of my friends wanted to drop out but couldn't so she just doesn't do the work or anything and just decided she'll take the AP exam at the end to get it over with. I kind of want to do the same thing too. I already have all the credits I need for graduation and have already been accepted to the University of my choice. So, what have I got to lose if I just don't do anything?TL;DR: Too much work, not enough time, already got all my credits for graduation and have gotten accepted to college, what have I got to lose if I don't do anything and fail the class?
