Having to reinstall and update every second day???

It keeps coming up with a notice saying : you do not own or are missing the campaign/multi player/ special ops dlc.Anyone else getting this error and have a fix? I don't want to reinstall and wait 5 hours... Is it maybe my Xbox breaking?
