Found a PC on side of the road - need help drying it

I found an old Alienware PC on the side of the road today. It had obviously been there for about a day, and it rained a little bit last night. Unfortunately the side panel was completely missing, so the rain just fell inside the PC. Although it's not completely drenched, I'm still worried about the parts. Some of the fans look a bit rusted. What's the best way to dry the PC? I was going to take all the parts out and let them air-dry individually for a few days. Can I use a towel, or would this create static electricity or something? Can I use paper towel?Additionally, are there some things I should be aware of when restoring the PC. For example, should I replace the power supply? Thanks in advance for your help!Pics: https://ift.tt/2JNsTgJ
