Can my brain reverse/overcome the negative effects of daily marijuana use in teenage years?

I smoked pot occasionally at age 16, and every single day from the age of about 17-19. I know these are formative years in the human brain's development, so I'm very concerned about any possible permanent damage I've done.It scares me the thought that decisions I made when I was young could have an irreversible effect for the rest of my life, and it would really set me at ease to hear that the negative effects can be reversed and are not permanent. Thank you so much to anyone who takes the the time to answer.
