Advise regarding owning clinic that APRN operates

Hi,I am applying to medical school in 2020 and would like some career advice from y’all. I know you generally do not like pre-meds posting here but this question seemed more suited to this subreddit.My wife is pursuing an ADRN degree to become a nurse that provides aesthetic procedures such as Botox as well as laser procedures. We were wondering if I were to become a physician, could I own a clinic that she completely operates and provides these procedures independently? Or do I need to be present at the clinic on a daily basis?If I do need to be present at the clinic, could I be present only certain days of the week? Do I need training in dermatology if we were to do this? Or could I be for example an infectious disease doc and still own an aesthetic “Med Spa” type clinic?We are located in Texas.If this is the wrong sub for this question I will remove it.Thanks for the advice!
