I've had it happen several times now tonight. I'll finish a multiplayer game, then start up another while waiting for the previous one to finish. When I get out of the second multiplayer game, the first one is completely gone, and I didn't get any XP. It has been about a 50/50 chance of it disappearing throughout the evening. Really frustrating losing all that XP...
