Seller ghosted me on Swappa over a MacBook for $1200. Filed a claim, evidently they found him, and he provided tracking, arrived today, easy to tell it was an empty box, I had the post office check, his package weighed 1.04 lbs, the bare laptop with no accessories weighs 3.4 lbs. They printed it out for me, sent it to PayPal, will they still reimburse me for the purchase? It was a goods & services purchase.
