Anyone else get swollen lymph nodes from working with lab E. Coli and rabies?

I know laboratory microbes aren’t supposed to make you sick, but I’ve been working with E. Coli and rabies for the past couple of weeks and the other day I noticed one of my cervical? lymph nodes was swollen.I don’t have any pain, I’m not feeling sick at all, and I can’t think of any other reason why my lymph node is swollen besides my body fighting off some infection. (Hopefully it’s an infection instead of a tumor lol).Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but I actually have zero time to go to a doctor anytime soon so pls help reddit 😭
