Anyone have any designs for a 1-bit CPU?

I want to make a 1-bit CPU but I don’t quite know how yet. Do any of you have any designs I could use, preferably a schematic? It needs to be able to work in bedrock edition and It can’t be a world or schematic download, sorry for the restrictions.
