
So I'm 14 years old and I've been working out for 4 months estimated. I've seen improvement but nothing massive and my weight isnt going down either. I'm told that I have to eat a lot, but I dont want to eat a lot of trash nor go on a hard core diet with supplements as i dont have the money or the skills to cook what I need. Any help would be appreciated, and I try to work out every other day.Thanks!
