Just got the results of my scans back and I’m so ashamed to see the word HIGH is commonly appearing next to the word FAT. The F45 I went to this morning already had people queuing to be scanned, some of the girls there looked like they had been training their whole lives. I’ve gotten pretty unfit (office jobs amiright) so I asked if I could have my photo taken behind the screen set up to the side (next to an open window). Some bald guy was instructing people how to use the machine/scanner, and he kept glancing at the window to see the reflection when someone (including myself) stripped down to sports bra and undies for the picture. Got my scan and left feeling so ashamed. Found out afterwards that I could’ve just taken a photo at home and submitted it, feel like such an idiot.Couldn’t bring myself to go back this afternoon in case that guy from this morning was there, or anyone else who saw me this morning. Staying home tonight even though it’s week one of the challenge but I’ll definitely go back tomorrow afternoon.
