wtf happened?


I'm curious if anyone else has noticed a drastic decrease in income in Calgary over the past couple weeks. It's a global slowdown since they've added these extra zones it seems. Less shifts available. Delivery fee is crap (3-4 range for many orders even with a long driving distance/time). Only orders worth doing are those with larger tips and they are few and far between. It's like skipthedishes is reducing their payout on orders with the larger tips (speculation at this point but a pattern is emerging). Support rarely if ever answers the phone anymore, after waiting on hold the system just seems the hang up on you. Chat is so slow to answer and when they do the responses are so stupid it's like you're talking to a broken AI system. They don't seem to care about our time at all. We don't get paid while waiting for them to answer.This used to be an ok job but if this is the new norm it's definitely not worth it.
