Got any good diets for runners?


My girlfriend and I start practice for our high school Track and Field team on Monday and this year we really wanted to get entirely in shape by also dieting; except we aren’t too sure what diets to use. We’re looking to lose a little weight as well as build muscle, and just be as healthy as possible, so we were wondering if you awesome people of Reddit had diets that you guys would be willing to share with us with some sort of meal plan or general meal idea!
