Can anyone help me find this Mahjong game (明星3缺1) I used to play?

Not sure if this is allowed on this sub... but the name of the pc game is "明星3缺1" and I'm certain I played the 2002 version. (Youtube video of someone playing the game). I did find a version in the Play Store and Microsoft store, but I couldn't get those to actually work on my phone or my PC.​I don't mind if it isn't the 2002 version (could be a more recent version), but does anyone know where I could possibly find a copy of this game for PC?
