trying to replace the tube of my bikes tire

I did some searching but only found stuff that seems close to what specs are on my tire but not exact, so im not sure how i would replace my tires tube. these are the specs i got from my tire on the outside/not the tube. 52-622 700x500 k935-002 MIM.40 MAX.65 PSI 2.8-4.6Kgf/cm² 280-450Kpa I have tried to learn how to know what i need but don't really have time and Im in a real pinch. if someone can tell me what tube i need for my tire i would be very greatful. thank you
