If Doflamingo had an active bounty, what do guys think it would be? (Pre-Dressrosa Saga)

I would put him somewhere between 600-700 million B, probably something like 666,000,000B since he's the dubbed the heavenly demon and Oda sensei likes to play with numbers. What do you guys think?
