Some background on me. 21m virgin. Never had a girlfriend of any kind.So I've known this girl (21f) for a few years, from high school. We talk every few months on snapchat. I think she's really cute. She had a boyfriend for two years so I didn't think I would ever tell her how I felt. Well they broke up. I think a week after. I said this to her through text"I just want to tell you that I think you are gorgeous and I really like you. And I would like to take you to eat somewhere."She then basically said no because she had just broken up. I don't think she actually likes me and just didn't want to let me down hard.I've heard from some people that asking multiple times is ok. I don't know the right thing to do. Should I ask her again?
