Statistician here, what exactly do I need to know for the bio in biostatistics field?

I've taken design of experiment, survival analysis, time series, regression, and longitudinal analysis. My program is master of applied statistic.What classes do I need for the bio side of this field? My thesis will be data from microarray and I'm reading up on microarray.I'd like to do modeling and I guess data cleaning.thanks!
