Over the past few days I’ve been talking to a girl that seems perfect. We’ve hit it off really well, we text all day long, we’re extremely flirty with each other and although we haven’t met yet because we both work full time, particularly her she works 12-13 hour shifts at an ER we still haven’t met but we already made plans to go on a “date” on our next day off.The thing is that in the middle of all the flirting I’ve told her casually that I like her, I think our conversations would obviously say so. Yet she deliberately avoids saying she likes me. What I mean is that I’ve switched it back up in forms of little jokes, like I asked her jokingly she avoided it, then jokingly I said she was avoiding it and she laughed. I’ve jokingly said something along the lines of “taking her out for breakfast to see if she’ll like me at least a little” and she just just responds to whatever other thing I said except that. She sounds a little too invested in me to just be using me for a date, attention of whatever it might be. I won’t lie it’s kind of discouraging that she avoids even acknowledging when I say that even though our conversation would suggest that she does like me.Thoughts?
