Is it possible to lock the screen or shut down the iPhone via Shortcuts?

I am thinking about an emergency... someone is trying to force me to unlock the phone via Face-ID... I know that when restarting the phone or forcing an sos call, the device has to be unlocked via code first before it accepts face-ID again. Is it possible to achieve such a state via Siri-Shortcuts or Shortcuts in general?
