I miss you. I miss working with you. You always seemed to make this minimum wage fast food job worth it in the end. I know I never really talked much at all to you, but I miss your weird accent and the way you’d say hellerrr instead of hello. Or the way you’d laugh at me when I’d drop something. You were the only reason I stuck around and kept my headphones out on my lunch break. Hoping maybe you’d come by and tease me again for having a ham and cheese sandwich again for the 5th day in a row.I don’t bring food anymore obviously. No reason to spend 5 extra minutes making that sandwich. Now I just leave, I have no reason to stay. I sit in my car.Sometimes I wonder if you’d still talk to me if I’d gotten your number before you left. Maybe making a short sarcastic comment and giving you a high five wasn’t the best way to say goodbye.-Ryan
