I’m 17 and one of my coworkers who is in his 30s has been making me feel a little uncomfortable recently... A few days ago one of my other coworkers accidentally spilled a bit of soda on my pants (the thigh area ) and my older coworker said “let me see your leg” and I said “no that’s okay” and he said it again, to which I replied no for a second time. He then wipes the soda off with his hand after I told him no and says “there”. He did this in front of two other workers who just watched and said nothing but after he left one of them told me “that was weird, he’s always really touchy with me too.” And she’s also a minor. And maybe 2 weeks ago I told one of my friends that I was going to a party and my older coworker overheard and asked me “are you going to be drinking?” And I don’t know if I’m just reading too into this but that kinda seems like a weird question for him to be asking me since I’m 17 and I don’t really understand why that’s his business? It was just kind of offsetting to me. He also always puts his arm on me and leans on me randomly and I get really uncomfortable because I don’t like being touched by people I don’t know well. I started volunteering to do work away from the area we were at just so I didn’t have to be around him and I walked fast so he wouldn’t be able to walk with me over there and he said “you don’t have to run” which I found weird because I don’t understand what me running (even though I was walking) had to do with him at all. He also made this weird comment about how I should try out for my schools cheer team? Like super random, out of nowhere. I probably sound like a baby about this but I’ve been harassed before and I kind of get paranoid about the little things so I’m not sure if he’s being creepy or if I’m just over exaggerating about this. Thoughts ? And I know I’m going to get replies saying to tell him it makes me uncomfortable but I’m going to feel really bad if he’s just being friendly and I’m assuming otherwise. Also I’m a wimp lol
