Protonmail with custom domain vs self-hosted mail server

In the past few months, I've been trying to migrate away from a self-hosted mail server and use Protonmail exclusively. I've had mixed success, and am writing in the hopes to clear up my confusion because I'm increasingly under the impression that my use-case is simply not covered by Protonmail.I'm by no means an e-mail power user and only get a handful of emails a day. But there are two things that I need: plus addressing and forwarding/blocking emails based on filters. Simple example: I want to be able to create a "wedding@mydomain.com", and it should go to my Protonmail account and also send a copy to my wife's Gmail account.I subscribed to Protonmail Professional in order to get the Catch-all for my custom domain, already paying way more than I'm comfortable with. I then tried to set up a Sieve filter to forward some of my custom addresses, only to find out that Sieve's redirect command is not supported.(I've seen other users here recommend setting up the forwarding in a desktop client using Bridge. That won't work for me though, I'm traveling a lot and wouldn't be able to use a desktop client most of the time.)I then went back to using my own server to handle the forwarding, defeating the entire point of Protonmail's encryption in the process.Am I missing something or is my use-case really so contrived that it's not supported? Right now the move feels like a downgrade in every way, especially given the reliability problems I had with Protonmail Bridge recently.
