Fortnite is getting rid of the "clutch" players with these new metas

SMG meta + building nerf makes it near impossible to win a solo squad fight vs a team of 4. It used to be pretty simple, build, get the high ground, shotgun, build, shotgun, rinse repeat until you got them all. Now though, the shotguns aren't as strong, so its tougher to get hits without taking SMG damage, then on top of that, their whole team SMGs your builds making you have to spam for your life, no way to build up when you are trying to just survive. The only way to clutch now is from an angle somewhat further away, CQC is pretty much dead up close unless they are potatoes, and that is a god damn tragedy.
