They predicted the starting roster for the team and then applied the players' 2017 aggregate scores to determine talent. The order was then arranged by some unknown author.This does not appear to predict play this year as it appears to be based off 2017 alone, so rookies are exempt to these scores.Also, there are teams with significantly worse avg scores (Houston is pretty bad), yet for whatever reason Cleveland is placed last with no explanation other than Shon Coleman is a sketchy at LT.TL;DR: This was put together with fancy numbers, but no explanation as to why teams are ordered in this wayTop 5 Browns: 1.
