So I just got my braces off after 2 years (yeah feels great). My dentist said the cleaning process will take place tomorrow. Is that normal? He also said I have to wear an invisalign type retainer for 2 years, which I will get within 10 days. So I guess my main question is if my tooth will start moving within those days?
